Here are some top tips to help you achieve your goals:

1. Plan and Assess, Objectively

Take a close look inside your business to see if you are ready for growth - be honest with yourself, have you got the appetite and time as it's hard work taking a business to the next level. What needs improving, what could be done better and what could you do without? 

2. 'Show me the Money' 

Scaling a business doesn't come without investment. Your growth plan may involve employing more people, implementing new technology, updating equipment and facilities, and creating reporting systems to keep everything on track - be sure you've budgeted for this and have found the right solutions at the right price. 

 3. Secure those Sales 

Scaling your business naturally assumes you will sell more. Have you got the sales structure in place to generate more sales and to cope with an upturn in demand? Are the behind the scenes processes in place to handle more orders?

4. Invest in Tech
