What first drew you to starting your business?

I was frustrated by being constrained by the corporate structure and I could see what I viewed as a better way to work to achieve the best results.

What is the best thing about being your own boss?

The diversity of roles, fee earner, manager, business owner, marketer. All the decisions being yours.

What's your advice to other women going into business?

To believe in yourself, women are far too self-critical.

What is your top tip for success?

Always be receptive to advise from other people.
