Born in February 1976, grew up as an Army Kid, and travelled a lot. Moved to London at 18, and stayed there, with intermittent travelling and working abroad. HR Consultant for nearly 30 years, specialising in Digital Scale-Ups, I've worked in most sectors. I left HR when I became peri-menopausal. In early 2024 I left London and moved nearer to family (around the Bedford area). I'm establishing my own Career Coaching business aimed at mid/senior level women experiencing change. This could be Menopause, Redundancy or simply wanting a change of pace and better work life balance. I'm planning to take on a part time HR role whilst i build the business.
