Health & Wellbeing
Hi, I’m Hannah, an artist, teacher and author focusing on teaching Zentangle® and mandala art, I’m passionate about bringing these mindful mediative sessions and sharing the benefits of these creative art practices to teams, individuals, adults and children that combine creativity and wellbeing. I’ve been a certified Zentangle teacher (a CZT) since 2014 and offer classes across Herts, Essex, London and Malta.
I help businesses, schools, charities, and community groups use Zentangle and Mandala art as a tool to manage stress and anxiety, for mindfulness and wellbeing, to increase their artistic and creative confidence.
I offer classes, courses and workshops which are accessible to ages 5-95 and with no mistakes, previous experience or artistic skills needed, students create a beautiful piece of art and learn practical techniques to help with relaxation, focus and how to quiet their busy minds. I offer businesses sessions as part of wellbeing and team-building initiatives, to schools to help students and teachers to unwind, focus and reconnect with their creative side. Zentangle and Mandalas are great way for children who are studying for their exams to help to shut off all the stress, anxiety and quiet their nerves so they can focus. charities, health providers and communities can benefit from Zentangle and Mandala sessions as they promote mindfulness and can support mental health by offering a calming, relaxing, meditative activity to help students to manage grief, stress, trauma, anxiety and can form part of their healing journey. As both artistic practices are simple, affordable, are adaptable for all ages and abilities and only require a few materials to get started, sessions can help to bring people together, foster interaction, provide a sense of belonging and help to reduce isolation.
