Hi, I’m Pauline, Award winning - Founder and Chief Enabling Officer of Inspirati and an accredited Burnout Awareness Coach.
I help leaders and organisations think differently, lead boldly, and turn meaningful ideas into real, lasting change. Over the past 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with C-suite leaders, boards and teams across the voluntary, private and public sectors — from healthcare and education to aerospace, retail and finance (and more) — building leadership capability, shaping culture and bringing big ideas to life.
