LivWell London is mobile holistic wellness service offering massage, reiki and mindfulness to the comfort of your home.
I offer 4 kinds of massage including Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage and trigger point release and stretch, which I interweave to create bespoke treatments for my clients.
With the Reiki session, I combine it with card readings and sound healings for a restorative experience.
And finally, with my mindfulness I teach easily incorporated techniques into your everyday life which will reconnect mind and body and help to regulate your nervous system.
