I am a qualified Psychodynamic counsellor registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I run my private practice from a safe, comfortable room in Hertford town centre. I am a warm, empathetic and non-judgemental therapist and I view it as a huge privilege that my clients allow me to accompany them on their therapeutic journey. I believe that everyone deserves peace of mind and an opportunity to know themselves well enough to be able to live their best possible life.
