My philosophy is that there is no ‘one answer’ to help people feel better and release emotional or chronic physical issues. I combine working with thoughts, feelings and emotions with polyvagal informed practice, and integrated energy psychology to provide an approach that is effective, gentle and thorough. I take great care to hold all clients in safety regardless of what issues surface. As a TRE® Certification Trainer I am privileged to be the current Chair of TRE® UK Association, and we are passionate about promoting excellence in somatic pathways to trauma care and training in the UK and globally. I teach other therapists how to use these cutting-edge somatic skills with their clients. Whilst I work with any problem state, I specialise in working with the sensitive areas of trauma, CPTSD and particularly narcissistic emotional abuse recovery. As a survivor of covert abuse I am dedicated raising awareness and supporting other survivors. I am available for individual sessions and training at my practices in Harley Street, London & my home clinic in Kent.
