Erica Bowen, PhD is a chartered coaching psychologist, and registered forensic psychologist and Professor (visiting). In Erica's own words she is 'just a psychologist', but what this means in her business is that she provides the following services:

2. Erica provides bespoke and specialised consultancy, training and coaching to help individuals and organisations break free from the legacy of trauma and create psychologically safe environments.
Erica is also a government advisor to the Ministry of Justice concerning effective practice in offender rehabilitation, drawing on her 25 year career as an academic in this field.
