Have you ever dozed off on the sofa in the evening, only to get into bed and suddenly feel alert and not ready to fall asleep?

Do you wake up during the night and then struggle to fall back asleep, tossing and turning for what feels like an eternity?

Do you frequently find yourself dragging throughout the day, struggling with exhaustion and low energy levels?

If the answer is yes to any of these questions...read on.

Maryanne is a highly qualified and experienced Sleep Consultant with a passion for helping adolescents and adults overcome sleep issues. She began her career by training as a certified child sleep consultant after experiencing sleep problems with two of her three children. In 2010, she founded Child Sleep Works and quickly established herself as one of the few professionals specialising in child sleep issues, providing guidance and support to many families in need.

Maryanne continued to advance her knowledge and expertise, completing further training through the International Parenting and Health Institute to become a certified Adult Sleep Coach. She also received CBT for Insomnia (CBTi) training through the NHS, allowing her to offer a more comprehensive approach to sleep issues.

Now specialising in helping adolescents, adults and corporates, Maryanne offers personalised, non-judgmental support, either on a one-to-one basis, in a group setting, or through webinars, workshops and sleep clinics relating to all aspects of sleep.

Drawing on personal experiences with sleep challenges and professional training, Maryanne believes that the key to success in achieving good sleep patterns, and consequently solid mental and physical health, is not just education, but also understanding and accountability. She is committed to providing her clients with the support they need to make lasting changes in their mindset, habits, and behaviours.

As a member of the British Sleep Society and the International Association for Sleep Consultants, Maryanne is well-informed of the latest research and developments in the field of sleep health. Her commitment to excellence and compassionate care has earned her a reputation as a trusted expert in the field.
