Jane Lodeto specialises in Family Law and Wills and Probate. She is a member of Resolution and is keen to ensure that family matters are settled with as little acrimony as possible. Jane is also skilled in advising on the preparation of wills and winding up of estates after death with particular consideration for providing for the care of children and giving advice regarding cohabitees and Inheritance Tax. As a mother with a teenager Jane has a strong empathy with her clients going through family breakdown or loss, or planning for the future.
