Having been a franchisee for 3 years, growing the brand in Essex, followed by taking the brand to Cumbria the next natural step was to help all the other franchisees grow their WIBN businesses, so when the role of Franchisee Development Manager came up, I couldn't have asked for a more suitable next step.
