Helen Schollar

With a background in public service - managing teams in the ambulance service and as a housing officer for a social housing landlord - supporting and uplifting others has always been at the very core of who Helen is. As an older mum who struggled for years to have children, she now treasures every moment with her two energetic boys.

Having been made redundant during maternity leave, Helen discovered that her deepest passion lies in creating spaces where women can truly thrive together. She believes that when women support each other authentically, incredible things happen - both personally and professionally.

Helen joined WIBN as a member because she experienced firsthand the transformative power of genuine female networking and support. When the opportunity came up to become a franchisee covering Cumbria, it felt like coming home - this is what she was meant to do.

The WIBN culture resonates deeply with Helen's belief that women deserve to build successful businesses while maintaining the flexibility to be present for what matters most.
